1 Dramatic reduction of size and weigh

The permanent magnetic materials of rare-earth have high magnetic field that exists in greater energy product than electromagnetic coils. The high magnetic field and electromagnetic coil produce identical magnetic flux in each pole as the regular ones. But, the size of permanent magnet is smaller than electrical exciting coils

2 Higher efficiency and remarkably energy-saving effect.

As we know, the magnetic field of permanent magnet does not consume energy while electrical exciting coils consume large amount of energy. That is why the permanent magnetic power generator saves much more energy than electrical coils style generators. To compare the two styles power generator, permanent magnetic power generators only consume one third of electrical coils style power generators energy. It increases the efficiency from 10 % to 15 % as well as saving fuel at around 20 %.

 3 Stable voltage, low waveform deviation factor and good power supply quality.

The finite element analysis technology (FEAT) is used to analyze the distribution of air-gap magnetic field. We use FEAT to optimize the construction design and windings of generator.
